SUSTAINABLE MICRO HOUSING
SEED ARK
Seeds, by their very nature, are full of potential to adapt to different environments. Grabbing this concept, trying to utilize the full potential of the relatively compact space is the main aim of this project. The Seed Ark will be a 90% local timber prefabricated construction. It is a 35 sqm unit offering flexible space suitable for living and working. As a tiny total area has been provided, the overall outlook of Seed Ark will be an extremely introverted building; thus, the indoor space arrangement is following functions rather than focus on intimacy in between the space like normal.
Seed Ark is a nomad. It can be installed in a great variety of spaces, On top of that, the concept also believe that the flexible style of a construction process is also another way to present sustainability.
